- If you need to cancel your booking, we accept cancellations up to 14 days prior to your spa day and amendments up to seven days prior. Spa day bookings cannot be cancelled or amended with less than seven days’ notice and will incur a full charge.
- Under 18’s are not permitted to have any spa treatments, and must not use the sauna, steam room or similar thermal facilities.
